TECHNICAL:
3:00 OR 4:00 DIAL?
Q: What dial do I need for my Seiko... 3:00 or 4:00 dial?
A: Look at your watch head on as you would to tell the time. If the crown is located next to the marker for 3:00 on the dial (like on a SKX031) then you need a dial for watches with the crown at 3:00. If the crown is located at the 4:00 position (like on a SKX007) then you need a dial for watches with the crown at the 4:00.
SEIKO DIAL SIZE?
Q: Will your dials for SEIKO fit my ((insert model number))?
A: Almost all 3-hand SEIKO automatic watches made since the 1960s use a common dial size of 28.5mm This includes watches like the SKX007, the SKX031, the SEIKO Monster series, the SEIKO Samurai series, the SEIKO Spork, SEIKO Sea-Urchin, SEIKO Atlas, etc etc. The great majority of our dials fit this criteria & if in doubt you can refer to the product description.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Q: How much is shipping to ******* ?
A: Shipping via the Worldwide Postal System by Registered Airmail is included for all orders worldwide except USA. for USA orders we use "E-Express USA".
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED ?
Q: How long until the Registered Airmail package is delivered?
A: We post the package within 2 business days of receiving the order. At that time, the status of the order is updated with Paypal to include the shipping info which you can view either in the email notification or by logging in to Paypal to view the updated record of the transaction. After that it is your country's customs/postal service's job to process and to deliver, so we cannot comment on their speed since we play no part with your post office's day-to-day activities.
IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Q: Is expedited shipping available? How do I request it?
A: YES, EMS SPEEDPOST or SF-EXPRESS (1-3 business days) is available at cost. Please contact us at the customer service email address dagazwatch@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order to make arrangements. (NOTE: We will need a contact phone number for the EMS/SF forms)
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
Q: Who will process and deliver my order after it is shipped?
A: After a package is sent via HongKong Post and leaves, your country's customs/postal service is responsible for updating chain of custody for tracking and for delivering your order. You should look to their site/customer service for the most up to date info. We do not have any control over how fast they update or how detailed their info is, so please understand that we cannot provide any more info than they've provided.
DO YOU SHIP TO ******?
Q: Do you ship to *****?
A: We normally ship to all countries worldwide with the exception of active war-zones. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any country if/when conditions exist that raise concern over safety/security of shipping.
CAN YOU PLEASE FALSIFY SHIPPING/CUSTOMS LABELS?
Q: I don't like paying my country's taxes & duty. Will you please falsify the forms so that I don't have to pay?
A: No. We will not falsify forms/documents. Emails received asking to falsify postal forms/documents will get no reply.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?
Q: Will you ship to an alternate address? (One other than that provided on the Paypal transaction record)
A: No. With the interests and security of both the buyer and the seller in avoiding being the victims of fraud, we will ship ONLY to the address provided by Paypal with the transaction as it appears on the transaction record.
CHANGING/CANCELLING AN ORDER THAT'S ALREADY BEEN FINALIZED.
Q: I placed an order (yesterday/two days ago/12 hours ago/etc) and I would like to change/cancel the order. Is that possible?
A: Once an order is placed, it should be considered as final and will be processed and shipped asap. There is a notice in large red letters as a final note to this effect when payment is made for orders through the webstore. If possible then we can try to accommodate the request but if not possible then please note that there will be no return or exchange if the order is already processed. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS AND MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING as the order once placed is final and will ship to the address provided by Paypal with the transaction.
ORDERING-ITEMS FORMAT - REPLACEMENT OF PARTS WITH DEFECT:
CAN I ORDER ONLY 1 OF SOMETHING LISTED IN PACKS OR MULTIPLE PIECES?

Q: I've ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I return it?
A: Very sorry but due to the nature of the business, international shipping costs involved, and high risk of damage while handling parts, there is no return or exchange of items ordered in error. PLEASE ASK ANY/ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING TO BE SURE YOU ARE PURCHASING THE CORRECT PARTS.
Q: What if I have received a part with a defect, like scratches, missing paint, offset print or indices etc.?
A: We do our very best to check each part for QC but if something happens to slip by, then we are happy to replace it at no cost with free shipping on the condition that it is reported immediately upon receiving the parts. We do not require that you return the defective part. Please inspect all parts when you open the package and report the defect along with photos right away if there is a problem. PLEASE NOTE: We can/will not replace parts that have had installation attempted or have been installed (if you've taken tools to the parts ).
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, please note that shipping via Registered Airmail is included for all orders but we ask that you please place orders at a min. of $20 (min $20 applies and all orders under the min. will be refunded without notice).

A: No, all items are stocked, inventoried, packaged and sold exactly as listed in the webstore.

A: No, all items are stocked, inventoried, packaged and sold exactly as listed in the webstore.
Q: Can I order 1 industrial adhesive backing from a pack of 10 ?

Q: Can I order 1 springbar from a pack of 10 ?

CAN HANDS SETS BE "MIX 'N MATCHED"?
Q: Can hands sets or other items with multiple parts be "mix 'n matched"?
A: Hands sets are produced in factory as sets of HRS/MINS/SECS hands and CANNOT be mixed & matched. Items such as gaskets, hands, springbars, clickballs, sticks of Rodico, adhesive strips etc. are inventoried, packed, sold & shipped in the quantities
indicated in the products descriptions.
